2 chicken breasts
2 tbs of onion, diced
sprinkle of garlic and or Italian spice
1 package of button mushrooms, sliced
2 cans of tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

In the first part of the recipe where you brown the chicken use 1 teaspoon of olive oil. I then added a teaspoon when you take out the chicken and added the mushrooms and onions to saute. Add tomatoe cans, kidney beans, chicken back in & all spices.
Pop on the lid and cook for 15 mins & serve over pasta, rice or alone.
Few life pleasures are as comforting as a dog or cat peacefully napping by your side. Pets can alleviate loneliness, lower blood pressure and stave off depression.
Having a cat, dog or other small pet takes some effort. Carrying out tasks like grooming, cleaning or walking an animal can give people a sense of purpose—not to mention a reason to get out of the house for some low-impact exercise and some social interaction.
And the benefits extend beyond just the physical. Ever had warm, fuzzy feelings while looking into the eyes of a cuddly creature? Or possibly a peaceful feeling watching fish swim in an aquarium? You're not alone! Therefore pets and caregivers with loved ones are the perfect fit.
Hello! As a caregiver, mother and social service worker I have learned many life lessons through hands on experience. My dream for you is to make your journey through caregiving a cherished one.
