Start the day off right, I have received many messages from caregivers who feel lost. They are beginning to feel isolated, unappreciated and run down. These are individuals who are living each day in and out with a spouse, parent or family member by there side. These are also individuals who work in a field where they are helping others then coming home and helping their children and are exhausted only to have to do it all again tomorrow.
The answer is that you don't have to feel this way, get up in the morning and grab your "cup of courage", think positive, breathe and make a spare minute for yourself. You have so many people depending on you, so you owe it to yourself to look after number one in order to look after the rest.
You are an amazing person & you deserve it!
All you need is:
3 medium ripe bananas
3 Tbsp skim milk, almond milk, or rice milk
Place Banana's in a container sliced in freezer for for 2 hours.
Remove banana chunks from freezer and place into a food processor. Process on high for 2 minutes, then scrap edges, pushing bananas down into processor. Add milk and continue to process until bananas turn into a creamy puree.
Bananas should have a soft serve-like consistency.puree. If you are using chocolate chips or coconut, scoop bananas into a bowl and fold in toppings.
You can enjoy with your loved one & best of all it took you 10 minutes to make with no ice cream maker needed!
