Simple tips to refill your Soul Cup:
-Cut the wine and late night TV and rise early and enjoy a cup of coffee and a uplifting book in silence.
-Leave your loved one or kids with your partner and take a drive while blaring your favourite tunes.
-Put a few of your favourite, uplifting quotes on sticky notes and place them around your house where you frequently view them. Repeat them to yourself once you see them.
-Take an extra long hot shower or bath.
