If you are a senior, adult or child you will love this light pudding dessert on a cold halloween night. Enjoy.
1 (15 ounces) can pumpkin purée
1 (12 ounces) can low fat evaporated milk
1 large box (5.1 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Store in the fridge until ready to eat.

CRANBERRY TURKEY LEFTOVER WRAP:
-1 package cream cheese, softened
-3/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
-2 teaspoons honey
- Pepper & Salt to taste
-8 flour tortillas
-Leftover sliced turkey
Stir together cream cheese,cranberries, honey, salt & pepper. Spread cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a border around edges. Divide turkey and spinach among tortillas. Roll up, and cut in half or into slices.
