Colour can really impact your mood and your life. Many healers use colour therapy to help their clients. Even the ancient Egyptians used colour for healing. You may have also noticed that hospitals and therapy centers often use calming pastel shades for their walls and decor.
Its a fact, that wearing bright or favorite colours can bring about positive emotions. Check out these colour tips while thinking about your summer wardrobe:
-YELLOW is a good mood enhancer as it represents optimism and hope. It’s a cheery colour and will brighten your surroundings.
-PINK can also help your mood as it symbolizes unconditional love, a nurturing colour.
-GREEN is a wonderful healing colour and very life affirming. Add some green plants around the house and notice the difference.
-BLUE invokes calm and peaceful feelings and can help you go within.
- PURPLE or violet is good for promoting transformation and creativity
Tip: If and when you care for another, if they need help choosing clothing remember they will have a mood lift if you pick one of the following colour but best of all you will be seeing them all day in this colour so if will brighten your mood as well.
