- Use any burger patty you like (veggie, turkey, chicken or beef), premade or cook from scratch adding salt & pepper then cook on the bbq or stove top
- Add any ingrediants you like on top, (ketchup, feta cheese, pickles, mustard,ect...).
- Take 2 Lettus leafs and fold in half, now place patty in between them.
Makes for a filling burger with out the extra calories, giving you energy. So good, Enjoy!
