Today's Recipe is:
Southwestern Trail Mix
1 cup cashews
1 cup pecans
1 cup peanuts (unsalted)
½ cup pistachios
½ cup raisins
1 cup Blueberry Craisins
1 cup dried coconut (unsweetened)
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Seal in an airtight container. We love this recipe because it last up to 2 months in the containers, plus if you are a mom just add fishy crackers & pretzel sticks the kiddos will love it!
