FOUR INGREDIENT: GARDEN PENNE PASTA
This recipe is perfect for all families and caregivers on the go. Only 4 ingredients and cooks up within 15 mins of getting home! We love healthy/easy recipes that can be used as a lunch or dinner option with leftovers to heat the next day.
All you have to do is boil your pasta and drain. In the same pot add the olive oil, fresh basil and tomatoes until heated. Re add your pasta and eat (the basil makes your house smell amazing and your pasta will taste flavourful- add spices/salt, pepper if you wish).
2 cups penne pasta (gluten free or regular)
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
5 tomatoes, diced
4 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
