This morning I remade my families energy popsicles.These not only taste good, bring your energy back, more nutritious then regular popsicle but they only took me five mins to make!
For all the busy families and caregivers out there this recipe is a winner.
For better time management all you need to do is buy the pre-made smoothie cartons, add your own fresh fruits or vegetables to it as it cuts down all the chopping time.
The favorite in our house is:
-strawberry smoothie mix with added fresh bananas
- peach smoothie mix with added kale
- blueberry smoothie mix with added fresh mint leaves.
Blend together, pour into popsicle container and freeze up to one hour
