Are you searching for a guilt free, quick, easy breezy snack to munch, you should definitely give a try to this super tempting roasted chickpeas..very simple to prepare and a great snack on the go. They turned out super crispy...a fabulous snack to enjoy without any guilt!
-2 Cans of Chickpeas
-2 tbsp Oil
-Your regular mix of spices (sea salt, paprika, Italian mix, garlic salt, cinnamon ect..)
1. Heat the oven to 400°F and arrange a rack in the middle.
2. Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with the spices from your own cupboard, if you would rather a sweet snack add honey and cinnamon (only) for a treat.
3. Spread the chickpeas in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Enjoy this healthy snack on the go, can store up to 3 weeks in an air tight container.
